Shipping and Return Policy

Domestic Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: This option is $6 flat rate for domestic orders under $50 pretax, and FREE for domestic order over $50 pretax, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and APO. Delivery time is approx. 5-7 business days after the day it leaves our warehouse.
    Four Day Select/Express Saver: $25.00 for all orders with this option selected. Delivery time is 4 business days after the day it leaves our warehouse.
  • Second Day Air/2 Day: $30.00 for all orders with this option selected. Delivery time is 2 business days after the day it leaves our warehouse.
  • Next Day Air/Standard Overnight: $35.00 for all orders with this option selected. Delivery time is 1 business day from the day it leaves our warehouse.

Shipping times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. This does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, or International orders. (Note: If you order with Next Day Air shipping on Friday before 1 pm MST, it will leave that Friday and you will have it the following Monday. If you order after 1 pm MST on Friday, it will leave the following Monday and you will have it the following Tuesday.)

 

Return Policy:

All returned items are for STORE CREDIT only. We do not issue refunds. Returned items must be received within 14 days of receiving the order in order to get a store credit. If it is after the 14 day period, the item isn’t accepted and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
If the item is worn, deodorant stained, stained, washed, damaged, smells of smoke or odors, or has any animal hair on it, it will not be accepted for a return. The item must be in original condition with the original tags attached.
Once we receive the item, a store credit minus the shipping costs will be emailed and applied to the customer’s account in 3-6 business days.
Please include original invoice in the return.
The credit will be applied to the customer’s account. All denied returns will be donated to charity if not claimed in 30 days.

 

Defects:

If you have an item with a merchandise defect, contact us within 3 days of delivery in order to receive a replacement.
